Thank you for supporting Children Feeding and Nourishment Solutions/CFANS. As a non-profit organization dedicated to children’s feeding and nourishment programs, we value every contribution. This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be issued for donations, purchases, or event registrations made through our website.1. Donations. All donations made to CFANS are considered final and non-refundable. Refunds may only be issued under exceptional circumstances, such as: Duplicate donations made in errorIncorrect donation amounts due to technical issuesUnauthorized or fraudulent transactions. If you believe you made a donation by mistake, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction so we can assist you.2. Merchandise Purchases (If Applicable). We accept refund requests for merchandise purchases under the following conditions: The item is defective or damaged upon arrival. The wrong item was delivered. The item was never received. To request a refund or replacement: Contact us within 14 days of receiving the itemProvide your order number and a description (or photo) of the issue. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was on our part.3. Event Registrations (If Applicable). For paid events, refunds may be issued if: You cancel at least 7 days before the event date. The event is canceled or significantly rescheduled by us. We do not issue refunds for: “No-show” attendees. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event (except for emergencies, at our discretion)4. Digital Products (If Applicable). Because digital products cannot be returned, all such purchases are non-refundable, unless: Accidental duplicate purchases occur. There is a technical issue preventing download. 5. We aim to review and respond to all refund inquiries within 5–10 business days. 6. Processing Refunds. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution. 7. Changes to This Policy. We may update this Refund Policy as needed. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
