Shipping Policy (USA Only & Dropshipping Use)

Thank you for supporting Children Feeding and Nourishment Solutions/CFANS. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, fulfill, and deliver items through our website. Our non-profit ships exclusively within the United States and may use dropshipping partners to complete orders.

1. Shipping Area (USA Only)

We ship orders within the United States only, including:The 48 contiguous statesAlaska & HawaiiU.S. Territories (optional to include)We do not ship internationally. Orders placed with an address outside the U.S. will be canceled and refunded.

2. Order Processing TimeOrders are processed within 3–5 business days. Processing time may vary depending on: Product availability. Dropshipping partner fulfillment time. Seasonal or promotional volume. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays.

3. Dropshipping Fulfillment. To support our non-profit mission and streamline operations, some products may be fulfilled and shipped directly by approved dropshipping partners. By placing an order, you acknowledge that: Items may arrive in separate shipments. Packages may come directly from third-party suppliers. Packaging may vary depending on the supplier's materials. Dropshipping allows us to reduce overhead and allocate more resources toward our mission.

4. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery estimates (may vary depending on dropshipper location): Standard Shipping: 3–10 business days. Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–5 business days. Delays may occur due to postal services, weather, or dropshipping partner processing times.

5. Shipment Confirmation & TrackingOnce an order ships, you will receive a confirmation email that may include: Tracking number(s), Shipping carrier details. Estimated delivery window. Tracking activation may take 24–48 hours.

6. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Shipments. If your order is damaged or missing, please contact us immediately. Because some orders are fulfilled through dropshipping partners, resolution times may vary, but we will assist with: Filing claims. Contacting the supplierArranging replacements (when possible). Please contact us within 7 days of delivery for damage issues. We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Incorrect or Insufficient Addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address: The customer is responsible for reshipping fees. A replacement will be shipped once the corrected address is provided. Ensure all shipping information is accurate before checkout.

8. Returns & Exchanges. Return and exchange eligibility may vary by product, especially those fulfilled via dropshipping partners. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was ours (e.g., incorrect or defective item). Please review our Refund Policy for full details.
